Avoid all toxins and unnecessary medications for at least 24 hours. No food or liquids (including water) for 4 hours before using the STUFF Chewable.

Pre-Cleanse

For maximum benefits use the enclosed Pre-Cleanse capsule packet the day before using the STUFF Chewable. Take all 6 Pre-Cleanse capsules the day before with 24-32 fl. oz.

Cleansing

1. On the desired day of cleansing, start by chewing the entire STUFF Chewable tablet followed by drinking 24 fl. oz. of water.
2. Wait 15 minutes. Drink another 24 fl. oz. of water.
3. Allow 40 minutes for the STUFF Chewable to become effective.
4. Urinate frequently (1-2 times minimum).
