Days 2, 3, & 4: Take four tablets of the Triple-Action Cleansing Formula with eight ounces of water, and 1 packet of Fiber Fusion ™ mixed with 8-12oz of water, juice, or your favorite beverage at bedtime.

Day 5: Take two tablets of the Triple-Action Cleansing Formula with eight ounces of water, and 1 packet of Fiber Fusion™ mixed with 8-12oz of water, juice, or your favorite beverage at bedtime. Use a full 8-12 ounces of liquid, or more, for desired consistency. As it is natural for the mixed product to become thicker with time, continue to add liquid as needed to maintain the consistency you want.
