How do I know if I need to detox?
A detox may be beneficial to you if you are overweight and/or overeat, eat fried or high-in-fat foods, consumer sugar and/or caffeine, experience constipation and/or digestive problems, often feel tired or fatigued, regularly take “street-drugs” or prescription drugs, or smoke or abuse alcohol.

Will I experience any side-effects?
As with any detox program, the Advanced Detox Patch may leave you feeling slightly weak, fatigued or nauseous the first couple of days. Some mild headaches may also occur. The symptoms will improve as the program progresses. We always recommend that you should consult your health care practitioner before starting any detox program.

What benefits will I notice?
Most users notice a better quality of sleep after two or three nights. They also report feeling fresher in the morning. Symptoms from pre-existing illnesses may lessen. Depending on a number of factors, some users may require up to a couple of weeks to sense something positive. • Remove the protective backing sheet from the adhesive plaster tape.
• Attach the Wood Vinegar Extract Powder Pack (smooth side) to the middle of the adhesive side of the Adhesive Plaster Tape as indicated
