For this cheat, you have to have a Pokemon that has learned Fly from an HM, some sort of Pokeball, and a Pokemon(s) that is a level or so above 9 and that can change a Pokemon's stats. It is important that you do not fight these people: the gambler that is right in front of the Underground Path near Lavender Town and the youngster that is just left of the item in the middle of the passage to Bill's. Go to Lavender Town and go west to the Underground Path. I would save at this point just in case. Took me a few tries to get it right. Stay out of the Gambler's sight and right when you walk into his view, press Start. Then fly to Cerulean. Go on the Nugget Bridge. By the way, you'll notice you can't use Start. Go to the Youngster in the picture and beat him. He's easy, just a little level 17 Slowpoke. Then fly back to Lavender Town (Start works now) and walk to the path that you went for the Gambler. The Start menu will pop up and you must press B. Then a level 7 Mew that only knows Pound. Use your status chainging Pokemon and your Pokemon that is a little past Mew.
